If using the 2-component multi purpose adhesive, ensure through mixing of the two components before use.
Apply adhesive to the rough side of the tape and spread evenly across a width of 20cm using if possible a notched trowel.
Sufficient adhesive should be applied so that when the artificial grass carpet is pressed into the adhesive, a transfer over the carpet backing is complete.
Slowly fold down the edges of the carpet working from one side to the other.
Once you have done this you can walk down the seam to ensure good adhesive transfer is made to the carpet back.
Make sure the carpet does not crest at the seam and is holding flat over the bonded area. If the seams show any tendency to lift, either weight the bond or walk in periodically until the adhesive has cured.
The result should be a perfectly formed artificial lawn.
